WHAT ARE YOUR AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP?
Quality Fitness studio accommodate members as young as 13 years. 12 years under with parent supervision. All members 18 or younger require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign for a membership.
CAN I TRY YOUR CLUBS BEFORE JOINING?
First visit is free.
WILL YOU SHOW ME HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes. All new members need to be signed off that they have participated in the gym orientation. No access will be allowed until this has been completed.
DO YOU HAVE CHANGE ROOMS, SHOWERS AND LOCKERS?
Yes. There are two showers and two bathrooms both with room to change. Lockers are for daily use only, members are requested to provide their own lock.

WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
We have all the traditional strength and cardio equipment you’ll need to achieve your fitness goals, and we also provide you with an array of functional fitness equipment options and trend setting group fitness classes where there is no limit to how fun and functional your workouts can be.
Cardio equipment including: Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Elliptical and Rower
Selection of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, Rings, tires, battleropes
Squat Rack, Smith Machine, Olympic bars, bumper platesand Weight machines for all major muscle groups!

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT GYM ETIQUETTE?
While we encourage our members to achieve their fitness goals we also request that members respect one another, our staff, the facilities, and the equipment by abiding to the following code:
Use at own risk- Use equipment for what it is intended for!
Carry a workout towel with you during workouts to support a clean workout environment or wipe down after use.
Wear appropriate fitness clothing and footwear when attending the facilities.
Always re-rack and put away weights and/or any fitness equipment used during workouts
Workout collaboratively – share the equipment and/or weights – there is a 30-minute limit on all cardio equipment if other members are waiting
Refrain from dropping weights or any fitness equipment on the floor
Avoid inappropriate, foul language or behaviour when attending the facilities
Secure your workout bags and personal belongings in a locker
No eating or glass containers in fitness area
Wipe down equipment after use
CAN I DROP IN?
Drop in access may be done during Food Town business hours. Access will be given from Food Town staff and payment left at till. You may also contact Leanne.
HOW DO I CHECK IN FOR MY WORKOUTS?
Phob will then be issued after gym orientation is complete. In addition please sign in and out. Phobs are $19.99 refundable.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE PERSONAL TRAINING?
Visit our website to find personal training details. You may choose the type of Personal Training option that best aligns with your goals.
WHAT GROUP FITNESS CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of trend setting Group Fitness Classes, including Bootcamp, Kettlebells, Intro to strength training and many more. Please see our Group Fitness schedules and pricing information on our webpage.
ARE CLASSES INCLUDED WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Gym Members (all types except drop in) receive discounted classes by Leanne. $10 for Non-members, $9 for Members. Unlimited classes coming this fall-Exempt classes include any contracted instructor, and any 6-week run classes such as Boot camps.

We offer memberships that can be paid for in full at the time of purchase by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Electronic Transfer, PayPal or you can choose a 6 & 12 month membership with monthly payments that are paid by Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). PAD can be set up from your bank account info. Debit not available.
